If Considering Joining Bring The Fresh - Here Are Some Real Experiences and Results
I was hesitant to talk about Bring the Fresh, which is the affiliate marketing training brainchild of Kelly Felix and Mike Long. Some of you may remember Kelly Felix as the obnoxious "Rich Jerk" character. I bought his book a few years ago when I first started out in internet marketing, but his silly character didn't bother me. I did learn quite a bit at the time...
Anyway, I've had a few commercial websites out there for 4 years now, and one brings in a good, but partial income. My concern has always been (and this is a little voice in the back of my head): "What if the company (dropshipper) goes under?" Or, "What if the product line is no longer appropriate for the times?"
I knew that I absolutely HAD TO find a way to diversify my website portfolio. Enter "Bring the Fresh." After stumbling upon it, and listening to the highlights of a Bring the Fresh webinar (which you can see here if you're interested => Watch Highlights of a Bring the Fresh Webinar), I came to understand a little bit about why Kelly and Mike were calling it "Bring the Fresh."
Far from being a "rich jerk" (although he's rich, to be sure! :) ), Kelly talked about how internet marketers - and affiliate marketers in particular - need to diversify, and to concentrate on SMALL GAINS (translate: "there is no get rich quick") and then to multiply them.
The Bring the Fresh program was designed with "bringing a fresh perspective" to how we learn and implement internet and affiliate marketing training.
The emphasis in Bring the Fresh is to target and develop smaller niche markets, get the ball rolling with smaller sites, and then move on and build another, and then another.
This definitely caught my eye, and so I joined. I honestly didn't tell anyone, because just last year I had dropped over $2,000 for a program that - while really good, and full of excellent content - was starting to feel like I was going to once again, put a whole lot of eggs in one basket (or website).
Fortunately, Bring the Fresh costs almost nothing - at least in my mind. For me $97 for a lifetime membership is nothing. Plus, you can try it for 7 days for $7 as a trial. So, really, it's totally risk-free. The only upsell was something called "Full Disclosure" which is again, really inexpensive - about $67 or so for 6 months, and then nothing after that.
I know I'm beginning to ramble here... My real point was that I wanted to let you guys know that I started a blog a little while ago with the initial purpose of marketing an internet marketing product. At the time, I honestly didn't know I was going to be leaning toward Bring the Fresh. Otherwise, I would have put "Bring the Fresh" right into the main title of my blog. LOL!
So, what started out as a lark became a little more serious, and I've begun posting little progress reports and results. I was pretty psyched when a week or so ago I saw a SALE! YES! I really made a sale! It's so funny... On my commercial website, it's nothing to see a few hundred dollar sale come in because I only really keep about 7% of the gross sale.
But, when I saw that I had actually sold something as a result of working the Bring the Fresh system, I was like, "Whoa... Ok, so this really DOES work!" Naturally I'm totally on the Bring the Fresh Band-Wagon now.
I've got a couple of months worth of posts and thoughts about Bring the Fresh at my blog, so if you're at all interested, I invite you to take a look and read what I've been writing over there. And, yes, the links to the program (if you decided you wanted to take a look at it yourself) are affiliate links (naturally!). One of the things I've learned in working online is that the more transparent and honest everyone is, the more we learn and the better we all do.
