Is Just Been Paid a scam? 

If you are doing your due diligence on the Just Been Paid program then good on you.  I will try to answer your question as best as I can.  I am personally involved in Just Been Paid and am not trying to recruit or persuade you to join.  A good thing about this program is that you can earn whether people join you or not. 

Is Just Been Paid a Ponzi scheme?

Well we need to first understand what exactly a Ponzi scheme is.  A Ponzi scheme is an investment fraud that involves the payment of purported returns to existing investors from funds contributed by new investors.  Ponzi scheme organizers often solicit new investors by promising to invest funds in opportunities claimed to generate high returns with little or no risk.  In many Ponzi schemes, the fraudsters focus on attracting new money to make promised payments to earlier-stage investors and to use for personal expenses, instead of engaging in any legitimate investment activity.

So how does Just Been Paid fit into this?

Just Been Paid has numerous products and provides an advertising service.  Just Been Paid also operates in accordance with United States Patent 6,578,010.  Just Been Paid is legal and has actual products and services.

Just Been Paid also allows you to collect a daily 2% return on your advertising positions that you purchased and also has a restart feature which makes the program indefinitely sustainable.  Most High Yield Investment Programs are not indefinitely sustainable because they rely on their distributers recruiting new distributors. 

Just Been Paid is equipped with a restart feature which allows the whole program to be indefinitely sustainable.  This means that the distributors or investors do not have to worry about recruiting new members nor rely on new member’s money to fund their own payouts.  In Ponzi schemes, the money from new members is used to pay existing members and it collapses when new members are no longer coming in and people who are heavily invested cash out.
