Hi Dr. Phil, I'd like to say, that I think most network marketers fail because they do NOT have such a wonderful system to work with.
Doing this on your own is possible (I'm sure), but is much more inspiring and much more of a joyfull experience to have people around you. Thanks for sharing that with us Dr. Phil. :-)

Great Article Dr. Phil, that completely makes sense that we as network marketing MUST have an education about what we're doing. I know for a couple of years I thought I had a great "system" of contacting my family and friends until I looked at my business and there was no distributors, thats when I knew I needed "a proven duplicatable system" that EVERYONE CAN do. What you said about education: "I could not work in people's mouths until I completed seven years of college education. Most marketers like myself are thrown into the industry without the slightest idea of what they are doing..." is, in my experience, very very true. For some reason most people believe they can jump right in to an MLM business and be successful without being educated either about the industry or the company they join. So, as you say, it's not surprising that they fail. They don't even know what they don't know! Most don't have a clue what questions to ask or where to ask them.

Congratulations Dr. Phil, on finding the education, the system, and the team that will spell success for you and everyone you mentor.
