If You're Having Trouble Uploading Your Better Networker Articles This Might Help You Out...
If you're writing your articles in Microsoft Word or other programs you might have trouble uploading them to Better Networker. I know that I did until I learned this easy little trick.
Maybe you've seen something like this before:
---- Example ----
Normal
0
false
false
false
EN-CA
X-NONE
X-NONE
----End Example----
Well, here's how to solve this problem once and for all...
Below, I attached a screenshot of the buttons you see when you post or write articles here on Better Networker. You'll notice there's three tiny suitcases (they might be clipboards) and that one of them has a "w" on it. Well, whenever you have a Microsoft Word document to copy and paste, make sure you click the "w" one. Then copy and paste your text into the new window that opens. Easy beasy.
Likewise, when you have anything else to copy and paste, you could use the suitcase/clipboard with the "t" on it. Simply copy and paste your text into the window that pops up. The other suitcase seems to take stuff from your clipboard. Whatever you ctl+c copied. But I almost never use that button myself.
If you're still stuck then here's some great advice from the forums.
Help With Copy/Pasting Articles
Please, if you find any more forum threads or articles on Better Networker that help with this issue, share them in a comment below. The main reason I know this issue exists is that I've seen it mentioned several times. And for a while it bothered me too. But it was only because I didn't know about those cool little buttons I told you about today. Hope that helps. :-)
To your success,

AHA!
Good one there. You know, I had always just written them with notepad as it takes the formating out of any documents I use.
Thanks!
So simple!
Thank you so much. I was having that issue because I do use Microsoft Word. I was finding other ways around it but now....You are right! Easy beasy!
Notepad works like a charm
The only problem is, sometimes you have heavily
formatted articles with italics, bold, and underlines.
Then it takes a lot of time to redo all that. But totally,
notepad works. :-)
Same here Lynn,
I thought It was a programming thing till the
awesome tech guy told me I was being a doorknob
because there's a handy little button to fix the
problem.
I love it. Sometimes it's the obvious that gets
overlooked. :-)
