We are living in the world of network marketing which includes a number of on line selling strategies one of them is MLM sponsoring. This well known term that has created a buzz in the internet marketing is known as Multi level Marketing. The complete name of MLM, which fully defines its purpose, is MLM Value Based Sponsoring.

Many people lead today with either their business opportunity or their product and this is exactly how not to provide value. Most people today are only looking for things that benefit them or what I like to say is (WIIFM) what is in it for me. If you start a conversation off  by talking about what is important to you, they will block you out subconsciously because you are not providing anything of value to them.

So what value based sponsoring is helping people get what they really want by leading with value. Now value could be information that will help them build their business or help the speak to people more effectively. Many of you who are reading this will say I do not know enough to lead with value and in some cases you maybe correct but many cases you will know more then the majority of the folks out there. The take away here should be for you to take yourself and your agenda out of the picture and help people get what they want.

Now that you have taken the time to lead with value it is time for you to build relationships with either your list of for you off  line people the people who now show an interest in the value you are providing them. Relationship building should always start with good questions that will inspire people to talk about themselves. Question such as tell me a little about yourself or what are some of the challenges your are facing. These are some very good opening lines. MLM Value based sponsoring will begin and end with your ability to ask good question. I will give you a few good examples here.

• Please tell me what is your biggest concern?
• What is the most important thing to you?
• Why is that important to you?
• I will always ask would it be okay if I ask you a few questions first?
• What else would you like to know?
• This next question is the most important so please write it on a 3x5 card.
• Would you like to do something about it?

Effective sponsoring starts with providing excellent value to the folks you are talking too or targeting. This is stage one and stage two is about finding out about what is important to them and allowing them to talk about their personal issues and problems. This will lead the way for you to provide a potential solution branding you as an expert giving you credibility. In return many of the people you speak with will want to know what you do and how you do it. The results will be that you have positioned yourself as a leader and people will naturally follow you.
