Yah

A fatherless child must be a bastard. Every one in life must have a mentor directly or indirectly. Something, someone, thought, ideology, philosophy, always turn you on. You feel like waking up the next moment and find your self right inside it. The fact is if you can search well, someone, somewhere has done well in that area or someone is currently doing well on that path. Following the path of the successful can't lead to failure. Never I mean never!

Great insight

Common sense stuff

That's why you shouldn't place your financial fortunes squarely with an MLM that could implode upon itself at any moment.

1. Single out a great opportunity and make some cash 2. Invest cash into a real passive income source like real estate 3. live free.

How To Be A CopyCat Multi-Preneur

Great article Lucien, it's some great leverage if you can tap into the minds of some of the leaders that have proven they know how to do a it right. Having multi income streams will get anybody through the learning curve and best of all, you can relax knowing that if one income stream stops you can continue to do business.

Great Article

But for the sake of mention: "To do two things, is do neither"- Publius Syrus

If you stay focused on one project until your able to monetize it and automate it, you'll never be short of superfluous income streams. Beginners should be extremely cautious about starting more than one project a time though. Focus and persistence have been the catalyst of all vast fortunes, not diversity.

I like the new term!

I've never heard the term copy-cat multiprenuer before. I like it.

It is very important to have money coming in from more than one source.

And, of course, the best way to be successful is to find the people who are the most successful in that particular business, and do exactly what they do.

Attracting Multi-preneurs

As a multi-preneur, our job is to attract others to "copy" our action steps to success. In the end, because we copied someone else, we all are copy-cat multi-preneurs in search for others of the same mind.
There is no doubt one has to be diversified and once one has decided to become a copy-cat multi-preneur, there is no going back.

Marie Leonard — Fri, 01/08/2010 - 9:49am

Lucien Interesting.... I challenge you to elaborate......

Now i see your point that multiple streams of income are necessary. But what about the art of concentrating your forces?
Do you mean using a single mlm with a funded proposal as an offense and then using a passive model such as real estate , or stock as a defensive strategy to stay in quadrants 3 and 4 of the e.s.b.i chart. Or do you mean pursuing multiple mlm's rather than concentrating all your forces on one worth while opportunity?

An Original Copy-Cat Is Best!

Great info! When new contacts join a business and they've learned the basics from an experienced networker, they can make themselves stand out by personalizing what they've learned. By incorporating their own unique personality, especially their strengths, they begin to provide more value to their own teams. Each individual is like no one .. by projecting this uniqueness in each one of us towards bettering a marketing model that already exists, gives the whole community an original copy-cat!

Love your take on an age old truth

Very interesting term "multipreneur".
Multiple income streams is hugely important especially in today's financial climate. Company's going under daily. We never know when it might be the one we're in.

Thanks for the insight on copy-cat"ing"...So necessary for someone new to have someone show them the way.

Multiple Streams....

Geat Article. I truly believe in the multiple streams of income approach.. I am a student of Robert Allen who stresses the importance of this...I call the system multiple steams of passive income (passive, because the work is done once and reoccurs in a passive manner- like MLM, affiliate marketing, investment income....)

jamie

Diversify, but focus

Nice article, I agree that it is important to diversify and develop multiple streams of income, however, I think it is importatnt to point out that one should focus on developing one income stream at a time. Trying to develop many different income streams at the same time scatters your efforts, and results in not much success in any of them.

Dave Hahn — Thu, 10/07/2010 - 6:07pm

At last! Thanks a million, no kidding.

Gee, what a great article! Now I know where I fit in and can really begin to focus on how to help others and grow my business. I don't want to be a "BOZO" neworker guy.

William Carter — Sat, 10/30/2010 - 1:34am

Great Article

I really think this is the essence of being a network marketer in today's marketplace. Diversification of income streams is the key to success. Whether it's affiliate and information marketing on the front end to participating in several network marketing companies, multiple streams of income is where it's at!

And learning from those that have already had the kind of success we are looking for is by far the best way to learn. Learn what they're doing, put your own spin on it, and build your business.

Thanks for a great article,
Greg
