2. The tendency we have as humans is to focus way more attention and energy on our failures rather than our successes. I challenge you to make a conscious decision to shift that focus and actively pay more attention to successes, no matter how seemingly insignificant.

3. Give yourself the space and time needed to grow. Have clearly defined goals but also have a timeline that reflects a reasonable and achievable schedule. In this way you set yourself up to succeed.

4. I hate to tell you this but the longer you wait around for inspiration to find you, the farther you move away from it. Inspiration is only found within. Define what excites you, what inspires passion in you and draw from those things.

5. There is only feedback, never failure. Be in tuned to what is going on around you and know that there are no true coincidences. Everything to its purpose, even you.
