Adding a Poll or Survey to a Blog
I'd known for a while that taking polls or surveys is a great way to interact with your followers, get to know your target market and how you can help them.
It also can help you to build relationships, but so that you can better understand the problems your readers might be facing.
So after doing a bit of research I found the one that I had seen used on Mashable's recent poll about the new Digg, Polldaddy (by the way, as I suspected, the old Digg wins!).
This little plugin has great funcionality, including the option I wanted to allow readers to view the results in real time. But it does have a limitation on the free version of 100 responses in a month.
Well at least it provides an option of limiting one response per visitor. So we’ll see if I hit that wall with this one or not, but I’m just experimenting for now anyway!
So I have a little poll and a video here to show you how!
Enjoy!

Polls
Hi Vicki. I used to use PollDaddy as well. I got tired of the limited response feature so I created my own social polling application. We just launched last week. Let me know what you think. http://www.pollportal.com/createpoll.php
