Building a Landing Page and setting up Auto-responders

 Do you have any suggestions on where/ who/ what to use to build a good landing/ capture page?  

Also, with that are there any suggestions on how to set up and who to use the auto-responder when someone does opt in to your website to automatically send more information that you have already created?
