Chapter 5 Think And Grow Rich- Specialized Knowledge

As I go deeper into the Mental Cleanse book study of  Think And Grow Rich, I have discovered things about myself that I didn't take in consideration. One of those things is how I felt about myself for not having a formal education.The guilt trips that family members have placed on me for not pursuing a medical career like being a doctor.The shame that I felt and carried around for years is being dealt with in this chapter. I have been living a lie about my self worth. Not just by how I have felt within myself but insult upon injury with other family and friends that seems to know what is right for me. Truth seekers find truth and they see a lie for a lie and the truth for the truth. is this Specialized Knowledge? I believe so.
 
It is as if this is the Rich Dad Poor Dad scenario. One father that is broke in his late years and the rich uncle that is well educated and is sought after because of his Road Scholar status. I was getting a lot of pressure from one side of the family to be suitably successful. Many times I felt not been good enough to have their approval.
 
Being an ex-addict and needing new skills I could have bailed on myself and stay stuck in life by not trying to make a better life for myself and others. As you can see my tenacity and openness to be coached by people is keeping me striving to find the " Specialized Knowledge" for me to be
successful.The Mentoring For Free Coaches are there to teach us how to apply these success principles.
 
Oprah has the saying that "When we know better, we do better", this thirst for Specialized Knowledge is the answer to being ahead of the curve when others are struggling to put food on the table. This applied knowledge can be an assurance to us to find better ways for doing things. We can't be standing still on the right path and get run over by not moving forward. Nor can we be afraid to get off the beaten path, with plans that never became fruitful to us and for us.
 
I believe that Napoleon Hill could have covered the inner knowing-ness as part of Specialized Knowledge. When dreams are really dreams with purpose and it comes from above, we have the innate ability to have inner common sense and premonitions.
 
I feel the need to make another point here. When we acquire Specialized Knowledge shouldn't we have a plan to give back the specialized knowledge because of the value of the gift? this would bring more value to Mentoring For Free or Master Mind Forums.
 
In closing I would like to mention a concern I have about myself. When acquiring Specialized Knowledge, I have to stay in the 8 positive emotions. Why is that important? Because of one or more of the negative emotions such as revenge, jealousy, and envy come into play when we feel that
we have to prove to our family or friends that we got our act together. Thus being the means for approval, acceptance, and some arrogance to a degree.
 
What a joy this whole book study is becoming to me. It brings the happy pleasure of hope as well as having the feeling that we can become specialized with the knowledge of the Mentoring For Free Gurus.
