Glenn Livingston's Loveability factor -- Numbers prove it
In order to have my patients accept the fact that they actually DO need MORE care than they originally thought---I have to SPEAK COPY to them.
Have you ever tried doing that? (of course you have, but you may no know it) Glenn Livingston's email today rings so true. When you write copy or speak copy; if you're not in a grateful, loving place of understanding your target, then guess what??
Mike Dillard and Tim Erway are masters at this. They make you feel like they care about you and love your potential to break free from the BS and rock. (personally, i believe they do care)
In reality, ask yourself before you go into a conversation or negotitation..."where is my head? what is my motive?"
