Over-delivering and creating value for customers has become vital to success online.  As more and more businesses move online it’s becoming difficult for customers and prospects to easily see what you have to offer.  Your affiliate/Internet Marketing/Network Marketing message is in danger of being drowned out when recommending your product or service. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to get customers and prospects to see the benefits that you are offering.

The Internet has caused a seismic shift in the amount of people able to start a business and the sheer connectivity it has created means that you can connect with almost everyone. There are no geographical restrictions and you can communicate almost immediately in one form or another with almost anyone in the developed world.

The potential to get in front of people is massive but the downside is that so is the opportunity for your competitors.  For the first time, everyone has access to everyone; the Market is wide open; there are no restrictions or boundaries anymore.  The only way to make the right impression is to OVER-DELIVER and consistently add value to your customers.  Adding great value sends a clear sign that you have your customer’s interest at heart.  As you build your relationship you will become a trusted friend and not a money grabbing marketer looking to line his/her pockets. In today’s frantic internet enterprise world one of the few ways you can set yourself apart from your competitors is by creating value for your customers

It’s becoming much easier online these days to add value to your customers/prospects and for those who are prepared to be imaginative and innovative the reward can be immense.  Many products and services now come in a digital format and can be bundled with bonuses very easily.  This gives customers/prospects a sense of real value especially if the bonus is unannounced.  Adding value in some way should be a major focus in your online marketing endeavours. Why? Because that’s what everyone else is doing.  If you’re not doing it you are running your internet business at a distinct disadvantage.
