Don’t Quit Your Network Marketing Business Yet

Your Network Marketing Business Isn’t The Problem. The Problem Is Your Lack Of An Effective Marketing System

Don’t get me wrong. If the company you’ve chosen has products or services that are inferior to the competition, are way over-priced or for any other reason don’t sell well; then by all means find a different company. You just can’t have long term success with a bad business model. On the other hand, if everythig is fine with the company, and the challenge is just learning how to market it effectively, you’re in the right place.

Lots of people get involved with Network Marketing with high hopes of easy riches. They believe that all they have to do is sign up, put their name on the company provided landing page and wait for the money to start rolling in. That ain’t gonna happen. Network Marketing is like any other business. You’ve gotta put in the hours, plan your activities, find out what’s working and always try to improve. It really is a lot of work. And those who work the hardest (and smartest) are the ones who rake in the cash.

Most of the time, the hopeful distributor messes around a bit with the landing page, tries a few different marketing techniques, spends a bunch of money (but doesn’t make any) then quits. And tells everyone it wasn’t their fault, because the (fill in the blank) just wasn’t any good. They refuse to take personal responsibility for the failure of their business. (By the way, if you haven’t seen a movie called “Run, Fatboy, Run” starring Simon Pegg, I highly recommend that you do. The lessons for marketers in that movie are profound. And it ’s funny.) Don’t be on of those who don’t take responsibility for their lives. Taking responsibility for yourself is the very first step towards success. You can’t get there without it.

“But I’ve tried everything!”, you might be thinking. Perhaps. But maybe there are still a few different things you can try. Some that don’t cost much money at all. I have to bring something up here. Marketing your Network Marketing business online is a lot like that scene from Mad Max. The mechanic tells Max “Speed is just a question of money. How fast do you wanna go?” The ways of generating leads and sales the fastest are usually the ones that cost more money. So if you don’t have much money, don’t get bummed out. You can use free methods, they just tend to take longer. So what if it takes you 5 years to get rich instead of 3.

The point of this whole thing is for you to learn how to effectively market your Netowork Marketing business instead of heading off once again into the vast wilderness of the internet looking for a new opportunity. Because you CAN learn it. And once you learn it, you can teach it to your downline. Then you’ll start making some REAL money.

In our free training center you’ll find 5 videos detailing the formula for success marketing your Network Marketing business online. You’ll also get 10 more videos on specific strategies like articles, myspace, video and pay per click. And that’s just in the introduction area! Inside you’ll find hours of training videos and an easy to follow, simple system designed to get you up to speed and making money as quickly as possible. Sure beats trying to figure it all out yourself.

So now that you know where to go to find a system that will help you succeed marketing your Network Marketing business; what are you waiting for?! Quit thinking about quitting and starting over. Get on our mailing list and start getting some serious training. You’ll be a top-earner in no time.

Don't Quit!

Thanks Dave, good article, You hit on one thing that I personally liked, You have to work this business just like you do any business,or J.O.B Maybe in a different way, You can't expect to make big money your First 90 days, If you are your paying for it, Of course you have to spend money to make money, But you don't have it, You have to make do! But doing the right things at the right time Al way helps, Believe me I've been thought the school of hard Noak's, But I'm still here waiting on that just the right Place and time, where your ship rolls in. Don't Quit!

Thanks

Thanks Timothy,

Yep, I've been through a few things myself. I'm in Afghanistan, for crying out loud!
Anyway, I will do whatever it takes to succeed and I not only say it, but my actions prove it.
Good things come to those who wait, if they WORK while they wait.
Keep on keepin' on. And let the good times roll.

Thank you

The article nails it on the head-don't give up-and work it till it works. Thank you for the encouragement.

So True

You speak from experience but you haven't given up and that is the key. When we all start out everything is fun and exciting, but we all hit a low point and begin to second guess ourselves, is it worth the hassle. Maybe, maybe not.

I read this great little book called "the dip" It's all about "winners quit fast, quit often, and quit without guilt- until they commit to beating the right dip for the right reasons" Keepin on keepin on....

thanks for sharing

I'm going to quit. . .

. . .but not yet.

There are too many people that need what I have.

And I don't have enough to retire on yet.

In my opinion network

In my opinion network marketing is the most profitable job so far. I recently created a Clickbooth affiliate network program designed especially for this field and I look forward to keep this business out of the crisis for as long as possible.

Thanks for the encouragement

As a newcomer to the industry it is great to hear what you have to say. I choose NM because of the flexibility of time. With eyes wide open I realize that the process takes time, but the result will be worth it!

Dawn Gilcrest — Tue, 11/10/2009 - 2:06pm

Thank you! I really needed this today!

I am actually in the Ronald McDonald House waiting room @ Duke, and although I am going through a family crisis somewhat, I was still stressing over making money from my primary business NOW! Thank you, as it picked up my spirits in knowing (reestablishing) my true "why" for wanting to succeed in this industry. I won't quit, becasue it's not about ME!!!

The fact is, once you start mastering the Self and all of its shortcomings, developing the resources to be a "better networker" should merely be an extension of your positive qualities anyway. Thank you for the opportunity to provide my two cents!

don't quit network marketing business yett

Good points. As with any business, success does take time and perseverance. And BetterNetworker.com is a great place to learn HOW to network market. As Charles "Tremendous" Jones declared: you can't fly an airplane or make chocolate-chip cookies unless you are taught how to do it--positive thinking/motivation/et al are useless unless you have been taught how to do it. I highly recommend Mentoring For Free via Michael Dlouhy for both tyros and virtuosos for his insights and experiences.

Never quit & never give up!

Great article Dave...more folks need to listen and pay attention. Do Not let people steal your dreams and stay away from the negative crap as it will drag you into the depths of despair and make you think you can't do anything right.

Don Egnor — Wed, 12/02/2009 - 9:09am

Old sayings are old for a reason.

My dad was always quoting me all theses old sayings like "quitters never win and winners never quit", or "anything worth having is worth working for". He was a hard worker and self-made successful business owner. As I grew older, my dad got smarter. I finally realized that those old sayings are old because they are true. Your article drives home the simple but important points. Thanks for sharing.

JUST DOn't quIT!

Awesome article, Dave! We fail only because we quit. Network Marketing is not a get rich fast scheme... but it does have the potential to make us successful and wealthy... if you put the work into it!

Great Job!

giving up

I find it all very confusing, I have been on my wordpress for 3 hours trying to figure out how to put an opt in box, and can't get it on there. They said it would be pretty easy to set up your nerve centre on it. When I bring up my domain name to check it out my front page is no longer on the front page, can't figure out how to get that changed back either. Its extremely frustrating. I thought they said I would have a mentor to ask questions to. So I feel like a blind person wandering around wordpress.

Can Anyone help!

Very True

One of the most important things for someone who wants to be self employed to understand, is that it does take time and work. There is no such thing as "get rich quick" unless you're a politician.

Persistance is an important key to success. If you're working hard, but having no success, you might need to take a moment to step back and take a look at yourself and re-evaluate what you are doing. But don't give up.

Maybe you are doing the right thing, but just need to stick with it a little longer. Or maybe you need to do something a little differently. It helps to get an outside perspective. It is also important to have contact with someone who has been through it before, and found out what works, who can advise you along the way.

Great point

Dave,

With your determination, there is nothing that will stop you. It's great to hear and see that amount of enthusiasm you have for your business. It's rare, as you already know, and I really appreciated reading this article as you hit it right on the head of the nail for me.

I like it!!

Hi Dave, Do you have ENOUGH comments here??? lol I agree with the others but I especially like the part about taking RESPONSIBILITY. In this age of entitlement there is so little of this quality.

Soooo when does your book come out? All your stuff is so good.

Best,
Dee
