Marketing with the POWER of EMAIL

So email is for sure one of the cheapest ways to promote your network marketing business. However it's not always the easiest, mainly because 97% of people using it are not using this power the right way.

We need to actually take the time to learn the basic skills of marketing.....there's just no way around this.

You also need to understand that like any other marketing method email takes patience and consistency.

First of all...always remember that email is just another tool to use. Never forget the power of a phone conversation. After all we are in the business of relationships and to make that connection with someone you really need to speak with them over the phone. I know it may seem uncomfortable at first.....but that will go away in time.

Second....to get results you need to keep 3 things in perfect balance. Your message, your target market and your marketing method. Which again goes back to learning the basics about marketing.

Third....Think in the long term. You're not going to just whip up an email with a link slapped on and then get tons of sign ups over night. Trust me, that just doesn't work! Stop thinking immediate gain. The power is in the follow up. Take baby steps and introduce people slowly and always follow up. This will pay off big time in the end.

Fourth.....Never ever Spam someone. It will just ruin your credibility and reputation very quickly. Which again goes back to learning effective marketing and getting results without spamming.

And last....Put some personality into your emails. You really can tell when someone is sending you canned messages that they have just copied and pasted from someone else. It almost makes me sad when someone sends me a message like that......I mean why am I not worth a couple extra minutes to get a unique email made just for me? Always remember you are sending these emails to REAL people.
