By just spending 20 minutes each day/6 days per week doing some form of exercise we are reducing our chance of getting depressed by 40%. That percentage increased to 70% if we exercise outdoors just 7-10 minutes a day 6 days per week. Nothing like feeling energized by fresh air connecting with nature and the beautiful world around us. My personal preference for exercise is working out on my Pilates Performer 30 minutes per day 4-5 times per week and walking my adopted Kerry Blue Terrier Luna daily for about 20-30 minutes when the warmer weather returns. Exercising gives us more energy and put in a better frame of mind to become productive. Without realizing it procrastination returns to us as lack of productivity.

2. Let your place of work become your studio or creative lab that speaks the mind of a millionaire by being kept neat, clean and well organized. Know where everything is so you can get to it effortlessly without fumbling or having to waste precious time searching for things. Keep your computer screen free of finger prints dust and lint as well as your keyboard. Drawers should be uncluttered and organized and filled with 50 copies of the GRN bank wire forms so you are ready to take your sales as they come in. Therefore, we are expecting many sales on a weekly basis.

3. Each evening make a To Do List of 5 things you want to accomplish in your business the following day. By doing this we become more focused on the goals we are striving to achieve to grow our business's and can quickly start our days work without wasting precious time deciding what to do next. Treat your GRN business like a business and it will pay you like a business. Treat it like a hobby and you will pay for it like a hobby.

4. Help smooth your way to making Global Resorts sales by pushing through your fears of uncertainty when trying a new skill set that will provide value to your prospects. Show your leadership skills by providing webinars to educate and long emails to grab the interest of your readers. Some popular points of interest to write about are some special foods you've enjoyed in an awesome restaurant as people love stories about food as we all love to eat. You can also write about any special hobbies that you may have or the time freedom you have been enjoying due to your growing Global business. These are just a few topics that will help you capture your audience and have them relate to you. Be warm, methodical & zesty with your emails by giving the experience of a lifestyle change such as private education for their children or the luxurious vacations that are made possible with their GRN membership at deeply discounted rates. Try different approaches in the emails you send to find the ones are best relating to your prospects. Learn how to light up your prospects brain so they can relate to you by getting to know, like and trust you thus more likely want to buy from you.

5. After you have reached a desired level of income in your business talk about how you would like help others out in your community or favorite charity. Mark Hoverson's example is to start a non profit organization for kids ages 12-17 to start a small business with $500-$1,000. To qualify for this money they must read a book and interview someone with a success business. Once the reports are in Mark chooses the winner by who best met the required criteria. Great way to give back to your community and help form our young people into productive and proud entrepreneurs. This is just an example as each of us can use our own creative thoughts for our personal projects.

6. Last, but surely not least be sure to take time to rest and get away from your computer on a regular basis. This will help keep us more focused, creative and energized.
