Listening to Fear is a great obstacle that will hold you back. In Online network marketing it is especially true. When I started in Online Network Marketing I had a lot of self-limiting beliefs. The major ones were self doubt and the fear of failure. It's important to realize that we all come to the table with a certain number of fears and past experiences. I was fortunate to learn very early on in my business that the only difference between the super successful and the failures were that the successful person moves 'through' their fear. They discipline themselves to do what they don't want to do. It's this act of 'doing' that eliminates fear. It's not that the super successful entreprenuer don't have the same fears as everyone else, it's the fact that they move forward anyway.

I used to be terrified of cold calling prospects. However, I knew that if I wanted to move forward in my business then I would have to get over my fear of talking to others. I would make myself do it and then do it again. It finally got to become a game and building rapport and handling rejection became easier to handle. The best part was that the fear of rejection know longer had any power over me. You see, in online network marketing much of what we do is build relationships. The trick is to discipline yourself to do the things that you know are necessary for your success, even though you do not feel like doing them.

The act of self-discipline and taking action will not only grow your self-esteem but will kill your fear. You will become unstoppable in your online network marketing business.
