How To Properly Generate Quality Leads With Facebook

In fact, according to stats, it has more than 300 MILLION Active Users Worldwide and counting..
Now, the thing that matters us marketers is: How can it help ME build my business?
I personally agree with many Experts who claim that it should be used mainly to build your own Brand and recognition among your leads, team members and anyone who's doing research about what you do. But...Can you REALLY generate quality leads (and sales) adding people? Well, here's what I have found...
The "Attraction Marketing" concept is based on the attractive force that we generate in our prospects by promoting the benefits they will obtain once they join our team...It is without any doubt, the most powerful way to build a Business in this Industry nowadays.
Now, since "Attraction" will happen more easily if someone who's looking for an Opportunity finds you FIRST, How can you attract people into your sales funnel if you start adding them on Facebook?
AH-HA!
For anyone trying to build a profitable business on a shoe string budget, Facebook is certainly an awesome way to do it...WHY? Because you reach targeted people within minutes and .. FOR FREE.
The key lies in finding those targeted ones and establishing yourself as a leader who’s ready to take them on a enjoyable ride to success. So, now that you know that it is possible, HOW can you do it?
Well, follow my personal 3 steps to Facebook Victory...
1. CREATE AN ATTRACTIVE PROFILE: This first step is the most important one since you must be absolutely transparent, build trust and generate attraction by the way you expose yourself to the public.
Don’t be shy and be willing to share your thoughts, experiences, pictures, favorite books, favorite movies, favorite quotes, you get the point..If you are gonna be hanging out where like minded people are...be sure to expose yourself as a like minded one with your profile!
2. GET YOURSELF IN GROUPS AND FAN PAGES: This social site is so powerful that it gives you an IMMENSE amount of people distributed in different groups, fan pages, etc..For instance if you are a “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” student, get yourself in groups of Robert Kiyosaki..
3. ADD THE RIGHT PEOPLE: Once you have create an attractive card of presentation and you’re hanging out in the right places, be sure to add people at a slow rythm..I personally recommend adding no more than 25 persons per day at first.
WARNING: Engage people in a “building a relationship first” way...Pitching your opportunity like a crazy maniac will result in a bad reputation.
Once you see that your list is growing rapidly, focus your efforts on GIVING VALUE to your audience.
How? For example you can post your favorite quotes, lessons and/or books in your status and establish yourself as a knowledgeable leader.
You can post your opportunity website a couple of times per day after you have built trust and positioning with your Facebook friends.
As always, be creative and track EVERYTHING.

I agree...Facebook is a good way to obtain alot of leads for your business, but you have to come into friend relationships gently and not to bombard people with your wares. If you take it easy, you can eventually promote your business to your new connections. Good Luck!

Hi Cesar,
There are so many people that want to use Facebook but never never take advantage of it because they do not know what they will actually get out of it. There are so many that don't do very well in getting what they want out of Facebook but as people understand what to concentrate on when they start they find that it can be something that can attract the masses to themselves and their home business.
There are even so many other ways to make money on Facebook while branding themselves and building relationships that are always good for long term success.
With all the great tips and advice on Facebook many more new network marketers are going to get serious about Facebook and realize how it works and what it can do for people who really want to learn about it.

I use Facebook everyday and have generated a ton of leads for free without the need to pitch my biz opp.
You have hit the nail right on the head with this article, I would just like to add one point which I think is very important.
Treat Facebook with respect or you will get closed down. Add friends slowly, like you say around 25 a day but no more than 50 and spread this over the course of the day. Also you will be able to build a better relationship with you new contacts.

Super post! Especially the part of "building a real relationship first". I have found that it is best to spend some quality time with your new "friends".
Message them real personal massages, not copied and pasted mass messages.
Get to know who they really are, what do they like to do apart from working their Network Marketing business.
It builds more trust than anything.
Once people trust you, they will follow you and the chance they join you as much the bigger. :-)

Pitching your business opportunity is really not a great idea. People will develop more trust and respect for you if they can see who you really are, and what value you have to share.
