Let’s Talk About Network Marketing Tools, Shall We?

0 false 18 pt 18 pt 0 0 false false false /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin-top:0in; mso-para-margin-right:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:10.0pt; mso-para-margin-left:0in; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ascii-font-family:Cambria; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family:Cambria; mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;} So I missed my son’s birthday on Friday because I was in Mexico and I wanted to make it up to him in a big way.  I was with him all day and we did it all.  From playing basketball to shopping, you name it we did it.  One of the most interesting parts of the days was our trip to the movies.  We watched a children’s movie of course but when we arrived I was pulled towards a promotional poster for another film.    One of the lines that this promotional poster has was “Fear Not The Weapon But The Hand That Wields It” wow!!  That called out for a training.  So this training was the result of this line.   We are going to touch on the subject of Network Marketing Tools and a my thoughts on the entire concept.  I bet you have seen the excitement during an introduction of a new network marketing tool.  You have noticed too that the first 30 days of the sales force having this new network marketing tool are always more productive than the second 30 days.   As if the tool loses power or the tool stopped creating the excitement in the marketplace.  That is really not the case, the reason why MLM companies find themselves having to create new tools every 9-18 months is because of the hands that wields the tool (weapon)    I have seen Network Marketing professionals that are still using audio CD’s although DVDs have really taken over that market and they are still having success.  It’s never the Network Marketing tools that make the distributor, it is the distributor who makes the Network Marketing tools so powerful.  It is the excitement of the distributor that makes the tools exciting not the other way around.   The next time you find yourself hoping for a new tool to be released, take a look in the mirror and check your level of excitement towards your program.  Maybe you will discover that it’s not the old network marketing tools that aren’t working, maybe the one not working is you.   This is not just for offline MLM professionals either, this is also true for online Netweb Marketers who continue to look for the easy button and the next hottest plugin to help them in their building effort.  I can assure you of this, I don’t have all the tools that some of these gurus online have but I am out earning a lot of them due in most part because I have an I will not be denied attitude.   So let’s stop blaming the Network Marketing tools for our failures and let’s start with a trip to our mirror and see the real reason why success has avoided us.  The great thing about taking responsibility is that you gain power because it is something that you can control.  You can’t control when your company may be introducing another network marketing tool but you can control your attitude towards the ones you already have.   You can change your attitude and pretend that your tools have just come out and remember the excitement you felt when they did.  You can take on the attitude that new network marketing tools are coming and therefore you need to hand out your old ones.  Change your activity and your body language and you will feel a sense of power.   Teach this to your team as well and you will see how your team will go from focusing on network marketing tools to activity mode.   Until next time.   Jaime Morales http://www.WhoIsJaimeMoralesToday.com
