Success Leaves Clues, Lose Your Excuse

If you are really serious about building your network marketing business then you're going to have to do this one thing: STOP MAKING EXCUSES.

Oh, I know. I've been guilty. But this is one thing that I've learned, you cannot succeed at anything as long as you are making excuses. You only cheat yourself. Understanding why you are making excuses and getting to the root of it can go a long way in helping you to reach a point where you release the obstacles and are able to overcome them.

Most often at the root of our excuse-making is fear. You may be afraid of your success or it could be something as simple as being afraid to get on the phone with prospects. If the fear of communicating with your prospects terrifies you, revisit your companies processes. Most often they are duplicatable so make sure you are following the exact same procedures as everyone else. There is no need to re-invent the wheel.

Have a talk with your sponsor and maybe he/she can help you with role-playing so you'll get over that trepidation. If that's not possible, there are many tools out here on the internet that will really help you to overcome this fear. I recommend Dani Johnson's Script Book. It's an amazing resource.

If you are using excuses to cover your fear or unbelief in your success. Stop it. There are many resources out here that can help you. My Lead System Pro is such a program. It's okay to be a copy cat as long as you are copying the right cat.
