Decision Making, The Energy goes Where?

 Once you have found the ultimate opportunity, and decided to put your heart into it, great things can happen! All the doubt and uncertainty goes out the window. The energy then becomes focused, and attraction happens.  Like moving a train, it's so difficult, takes so much energy just to get it moving, even an inch. You feel like nothings happening, and this is the critical stage in your business growth. Many will stop here, and never taste the fruit of their effort.

  If you can persist and keep the activity level high, your pipeline to success will begin to take shape. As results begin to pile up, pressure is created in the right direction, because focus is achieved and right activity produces right results, every time!  It's a universal law, you can't fail if you've focused your energy with the right company. Finally, the train begins to move, ever so slightly. As others join you the pressure compounds, the train moves faster!

  Now is not the time to quit for sure, you should rejoice and push your activity and focus skills even harder.  By Networking, your effort is joined by that of the people who have attracted to your energy, and decided to join you.  Now you have started a team, and the energy flows in both directions, you are helping your people move their train, by coaching and mentorship, and they are helping you move your train, through synergy and using the system of duplication.  It's important that people be coachable, and use the system religiously, the tendencies are to reinvent the wheel, not a good idea for success.

  As your team grows, you will have more confidence and posture, and people who were placed in your pipeline in the beginning stages of your business begin to join you.  Timing counts for everything, and what wasn't a good time before may be a good time 2 months or 2 years later!  You've been faithful to them on your part, by keeping them in the pipeline, unless they opt themselves out. You continue to invite them with the value your system provides, the free training calls, the personal growth calls, the local trainings and events. Never quit on your people, unless they quit on you, or themselves.

 Once a train is up to speed, there is no stopping the energy it has generated, and the combined energy of a focused group of people can change the world! You can step aside if you like, and enjoy true freedom, but if you love the results of your effort, you will absolutely enjoy keeping your hand on the throttle. It will be hard to retire from something that gives you and others so much joy and prosperity.  You can pass it on to your heirs when they plant you in the ground, meanwhile your train just keeps rolling along!
