Watching a flock of a million blackbirds one day, I marveled at how they were able to converge and fly in perfect sync, becoming a larger organism collectively, like a moving, shifting shadow. It was more incredible then watching Television, or going to a 3 D movie!Or when scuba diving in a marine refuge off the coast of Mexico, swimming with a huge school of fish that moved in perfect order, like an undersea river of life and color. There are no words that can describe what its like to be part of universal energy such as this, you just have to get out and experience it.
Henry Ford was a Blue! Reading the autobiography of Lee Iacoca, he relates how in the early days Henry Ford kept his companies books on scraps of paper! Ford was a creative genius, but sorely lacked in other areas. The growth and survival of Ford Motor Company depended on that row of buttons he had on his desk, without his team he would guarantee failure.
We are all in similar situations, entrepreneurs working to build a Legacy we can pass on to generations, working to bring Freedom into the lives of others. Though our vehicles are different then that of Henry Ford, we also have a vision that encompasses the world!
As Ford had a "Better Idea," Mentoring for Free has "Better Ideas" that couldn't exist without the synergy and creativity of the enthusiastic group of like minded people, who selflessly give their time and talent to change the way Network Marketers do business.Through knowledge and education the profession is becoming a safe haven for those who dream and care.
I'd say a few years from now, Network Marketing will be a much improved and respected business model, reliable as the Model T!

Paul, how could you state it any better!
People "unrelated" so to speak in the network marketing sense can call each other anytime, can email or skype one another with a question. Your mentor will get you into contact with someone in another "branch" to help with the particular question. People are "pointers" so even those with physical or mental abnormalities or weird personalities can sponsor, recruit, train, and KEEP their partners. We all realize that sharing a slice of the pie of knowledge-- helping someone else does NOT take away from our own pie! In fact, it only strengthens us as leaders! When you are a "Go Giver" like Paul or you associate with people like that, you WANT to find ways to GIVE GIVE GIVE! These are Great People! What a concept!

Your article when I read help me visualize what you were saying. (Alot of word pictures came into my head) Although Mr. Ford only had a sixth grade level of knowledge, he knew about specialized knowledge. He had burning desires, ideas, thoughts and when the judge asked him the questions and he stated he could push a button and one of his colleagues' could give the answer. To me, it proves how powerful a mastermind group is. (Lynn is right, you should write a book. You are a great writer. Great article.
