Where is Your Focus?

It is true that in this industry if your product is not remarkable you are invisible. I receive calls from people who believe that must be flipping cartwheels over their product. When you have a client looking at your business this is about number 5 in their priority list. The focus is on you. Your client is making a personal decision ... should he or she join you? Next a client thinks about support. They need to know if you will be any help to them. Again the focus is back on you. Next your client is thinking about skills training, are you a good sponsor, ready and available to help? Again it is all about YOU. After that the focus is on the money and product.

SO where is YOUR focus?

It should be on people. It does not matter what you know, what matters is what your client thinks.

I know what it feels like to be treated like a number and so do you! I have dreams, goals and desires... so do my clients. It is my top priority to spark the belief in their success. In the end good people want to work with good people for a good company. When you care about THEIR success you will get more than your share of people to work with.

You build your business when you build your people and show them the wisdom of doing the same. Then focus on the market, find a product that everyone else wants and become passionate about THAT product.

Now go out and refine your focus, inspire, daily hone your leadership skills and as you develop ... you will be perceived as ... you will become... an expert. That ruby red cherry sitting on top of the whip creme! Go out and make an impression your client will never forget!

I hope this helps you today.
