3 Ways You Are Guaranteed to Tick People Off on Facebook
I don’t know about you, but I’m a little bit sick and tired of the way most network marketers are spamming up Facebook. I don’t see anything wrong with using Facebook to build your business, but you’ve got to draw the line somewhere. And if I see one more status update promising me that “$25 will bring you financial freedom” I think I’m going to be sick.
You’ve seen the hype, too. I know you have. You’ve been bombarded by everyone that you’ve never really met telling you all about how you can change your life with just a minimal investment. Once you join this “awesome” opportunity, they must have a guide that everyone has to read that tells them how to overload Facebook with messages and ridiculous claims.
I, for one, am just a little bit sick of it. I’m a little bit sick of seeing the same messages over and over again. I’m sick of seeing people abuse Facebook instead of using it the right way. I’m sick of seeing so many people turned off to this amazing business because some people just can’t do things the right way.
So, if you’re one of these people, or if you’re thinking about becoming one of those people on Facebook, marketing your network marketing business this way, here’s 3 ways that will GUARANTEE that you will tick people off and you won’t grow your business. Avoid at all costs, or if you’re doing them already, please stop!
Guaranteed Tick Off Tactic #1 – Posting the Same Messages as Everyone Else in Your Team
This just makes my blood boil. With some companies or teams, they must have a manual full of pre-approved Facebook status updates that everyone has to use. And it seems like there’s only about 3 messages to choose from. And everyone on the team is using the same messages, over and over and over again.
Get a little more creative and stop making every status post about your network marketing business.
Guaranteed Tick Off Tactic #2 – Blabber on about your business opportunity
You may think you have the best business in all the world. And, who knows, you just might be right. That doesn’t mean that all of your friends want to hear about it every time you post something on your wall. Learn to develop relationships with people. Remember, it’s called Facebook, not BizOppBook. There is a time and a place to present your business, and it’s not with every post on your wall.
Guaranteed Tick Off Tactic #3 – Tagging people you’ve never talked to in videos and posts about your business
You want me to join your business? Fine. Ask me in a conversation or email. Don’t start tagging me in every video and post you put up about your business. And don’t tag the “big guns” in network marketing just so you can try and steal some of their attention. That’s just dirty and will really tick people off, and it certainly doesn’t do anything to help your image.
You can use Facebook to grow your business, I do it every day. But, there’s a right and wrong way to do it and if you’re doing it the wrong way you’re not going to have much success. You’re only going to make people mad and convince them to NOT join your business.

You Definitely Can Not Turn People Off
You must be sensitive to other peoples needs. If some people get turned off by having to hear a conversation for a second time in the real world. Why bother sending the smae message twice? People are the same online as offline.
We must talk to them like if they were with us face to face or we should not even bother using the computer. Because if we do one thing stupid they can spread the word too quickly, just like in the old days before the net kids used to pass notes to each other when they got bored of the teacher underneath the desks.
