Deal or No Deal ! Some Tips on How Not to Lose Customers
Are you struggling with your MLM business? Then you have to understand how to Deal or No Deal !
If you are struggling with your MLM business and seem to
be doing everything you can think of but still not making any money then maybe you have not been told the right way of doing things. Deal or No Deal – that is the question !

The first thing you need to do when you get a lead or connect with a friend through social media is to get to know them and build a relationship with them. You need to create a rapport with them to build their trust in you. But unfortunately a lot of people are going about this the wrong way and are doing the opposite. They seem to be just pushing for a sale before getting to know the person. This is extremely important to build that relationship first.
Many companies are just pushing their sales people to get sales – WRONG ……… Know how to Deal or No Deal !!

No Deals!
- You should never make your customer or lead feel that you are pushing them into buying something or signing up for something.
- If a person says ‘NO’ then don’t pressure them because if you do you will likely never hear from them again.
- If you are using the cold calling method do not get straight into the sales pitch. Nothing is worse than someone pitching to you as soon as you pick up the phone.
- When you get a lead or customer then don’t delay in getting back to them.
- Don’t just focus on the sale.
Deals !
- Make sure you get to know your lead/customer and ask about them, their family etc and be sure to ask them what their concerns are about your business or what you are offering. If you jump in at the deep end you are likely to lose this potential customer and they will most definitely unsubscribe from your mailing list.
- If a person tells you ‘NO’ then don’t push it. It is quite likely that they will come back to you one day when they are ready to make the move.
- When doing cold calling make sure that you know what you are going to say. Don’t start with ‘have you thought about whether you want to join us’. You have to get them on your side and make casual conversation first. Then slowly lead up to what you want to tell them about your offer. Whether by cold calling or email this should be the way you handle it.
- If you get a lead come in or perhaps an email from someone wanting to know more about your offer, then make sure that you get back to them as soon as possible, as if you leave it too long then someone else is more than likely to get that sale.
- Lastly and most importantly DO NOT just focus on the sale. You must put all you focus on to that person. Find out what it is they want and what they are concerned about. Online marketing isn’t for everyone and if you just focus on them at the start you will soon know yourself if this is something that is going to suit them. If it is help they need with their business then help and advise them the best you can.
