Excellence In Attraction Marketing And Being "Twitter Nice"

Scrolling down a few of my Twitter direct messages, I
found myself reviewing several and thought:

"Now that's nice."

"What was nice about them?" you ask?  Simple: they reflected
a personal, caring response.

Not life changing.
Not something I couldn't do without.
Not even of "immense personal value."

But they did produce in me an enjoyable, personal moment.

One Tweet mentioned what a beautiful morning it was, where
they were located and wished me an enjoyable weekend.

Another reminded me that it was not a sales pitch of any
kind or not even a link: only a personal greeting.

Several days prior to these two DM's a friend thanked me for
my recommendation and in the process complimented my
character.

*** So What Did I Learn? ***

1. You can share in a personal manner and it only need take
a moment.

2. How quickly an "ah hah!" or "that's nice" response can
take place in a person's life.

3. The beauty of Twitter's character limit: short really can
become "short and sweet."

The "140" can also be...

Helpful.
Encouraging.
And kind.

4. Taking time to be polite, not pushy, or "always selling"
can truly help in terms of attraction marketing.

Why do I say this?
Answer: because reactions such as mine could cause me to
favorite a Tweet, check out a website, or put them into a
"Keep and Eye On These" column of some sort on TweetDeck or
some another similar Twitter tool.

Will I...

Click on their every link,
Recommend to all my followers,
ReTweet them for days on end?

Of course not, lol!

But I will not pass them by as easily as others. For
instance, those I've written personal messages, given
genuine compliments on their activity or blog -- and heard
nothing from them in return --

I will have a tendency not to review the Tweets of those
folks as quickly.

*** In The End, Then, I May I Suggest? ***

When Twittering...

1. Take time.
2. Take time to be "nice."
3. Give away a few "encouraging moments" now and then.
4. Don't always sell.
5. Enjoy the process yourself.

After all, You just you may give someone like @Lee_Wise an
encouraging "Twitter moment!"

May you and those you love have an encouraging, blessed day!
