Get Paid to Tweet (really!)

If you’re waiting for a sales pitch, forget it: I’ve seen no product that alone can bring you to the level needed where you will have advertisers wanting to spend their ad dollars for YOU to Tweet….. but with a little bit of work on your part, it is certainly an attainable goal.

First you need to check your Influence Ranking. You can build up a huge network on Twitter and have little influence… most people are just spamming away all day to anyone that they can and wonder why they get no results or offers to Tweet.

How do you raise your influence? Step one is to check Klout.com and you can see what advertisers look at when looking for people to hire to tweet. 

Next, run a scan at ManageTwitter.com to find your inactive and unfollowers and purge them from your account. Be careful about deleting very popular or influential people, though, as that can lower your “Klout”

Then, follow the advice they will give you at Klout to become a better Tweeter! That will include giving and receiving more mentions, providing more quality information, conversations and responses from influential tweeters.

That should get you started on the right path. Keep working on it, and remember: When you know better, you do better.
