How to support your team on facebook

 Facebook is a great opportunity to attract people to you and your business. So it can happen that prospects contact you directly and ask you what you are doing and how they can join your team. This is what we call attraction marketing.

But you can also support your team in referral marketing with your facebook profile. I mean the people of your team that are in action all the time and have the biggest goals.

How can you do this:

In your facebook profile on the left side in the middle you find the friend field, where six of your facebook friends are shown randomly. You can see it on the following screenshot:

But many facebook users don´t know that you can choose exactly who is in this box.

If you click on the small symbol in the upper left side of the box you open the settings of the friend box. See it here:

Now you can choose who is shown in your facebook profile as your friend. I put my best team members into the friend box. So if somebody loves the things he has seen in my profile about me and wants to know what are the friends of such a nice person, he is directly landing in the profiles of my best members in my referral marketing team.

As you see on the screenshot above you can choose if you want to show six, nine or twelve friends.

And as you see on this screenshot under the sentence "Always show these friends:" you can put in the names of your best team members. If you have a bigger team you can also enter the name of a friend list. So all friends of this list are shown randomly in the friend box.

So never any prospects are shown in your friend field. The visitors of your facebook profile will only see your team members there.
