I Hope You Dance - Part One (1)
I Hope You Dance – Part One (1)
Before you ask, what does dancing have to do with Networking and Marketing? The answer is nothing, and everything. Plus this is the title of a song recorded by Lee Ann Womack. To see how this applies to Network Marketing just substitute the word succeed for dance. The same would hold true for most of the lyrics in the song, too. Are things becoming clearer, now?
However, since I teach dance as well as have an online networking business, hopefully the following will benefit your networking business. I doubt it will improve your dancing ability. These dance classes are offered and taught at a nationally recognized Country Western nightclub and my partner an I are the instructors.
All of our classes run for six (6) weeks, you have to commit and pay for that amount of time. A commitment.
Last night was the conclusion of a set of waltz classes. FYI, the waltz is the most graceful of all dances and the most technically challenging, too. You have to work while learning.
My partner and I are always available for 30 minutes prior to the class for additional help. This is offered to those that have missed a class or just need additional one on one time. Coaching, training, and mentoring if you would.
Before the class started one of our students who had missed the prior class and has taken many dance classes with us made the following statement, “this has been the hardest I have had to work in any of your dance classes, and you two make it look so easy to do.” I have danced and taught dance for over 50 years and my partner is someone that I trained. Again commitment with hours of hard work and practice makes it look easy. Somewhat like network marketing.
One of the differences between dancing and network marketing for most people is that you can make money in one and not the other. Plus most people gain some social skill success in one, and 97% fail in the other. But who wants to be a professional dancer, anyway?
So far we have commitment, training and practice with duplication of efforts. Sounds like network marketing to me. This will end part one (1).
Part Two (2) will be about how coaching, effort and practice pay off. Until then, I hope you dance.

Dancing and Marketing
Terry
That does sound about right. But, just like dancing, network marketing with lots of commitment, training and practice, one should be able to duplicate that success. I truly believe, that I will achieve that success and soon. MFF provides some great teaching.

Terry You are so Right
I Love to Dance but if I want to learn it as a skill that will take time and dedication. If people would give there MLM as much Dedication as there Job. More People would be successful.

I Hope You Dance(Succeed)...
Terry,
Brilliant! I Hope You Dance(Succeed)...I'm on course to make this happen with daily learning and coaching with Mentoring For Free and applying "The Slight Edge". I know with this daily practice, that I will become more graceful (with my Networking) and it will all flow and soon I will be waltzing around the dance floor and others will say to me, that I "Make it look so easy to do"
Blessing to you my friend,
Marty
