aha -ha that's exactly what had happened to me, i got caught with the post of sir jann , but no regrets , see what happened i'm already here! happy and satisfied being here and looking forward that someday there's another lady who would do th same thing for me , and praying they'll grow in numbers ha- ha,, thank you facebook anyway ! i owe you a lot if i can only pay you back, i'll be the one to give you some commissions because i once had a client who bought a house and lot because of you my dear facebook . I posted it together with the picture and would you believe after 15 minutes three persons did inquiries ? no less than half an hour we are talking over the phone regarding the payment. wow! for me fb is really one of the amazing tool ...( grabe talaga ;salamat fb )

actually to tell you more ,just for additional info that this facebook is really one of the best tool , i just arrive one hour ago i just finished doing the documents to be presented in the lawyer for documentation and make it notarized , that was the house which i sold through fb, the lady buyer is going to pay tomorrow the downpayment even fb has it's own record of our conversation in the chat box,, why i'm doing this,, just only to prove to you that facebook does some wonders to us.. again , thank you fb..
