The first reason people fail is because they don’t take action, it may sound silly but how many people did you talk to today on facebook, how many followers did you get on twitter? If you’re not actively trying to use social media how can you expect it to produce results and make money online?

The solution, do something! It doesn’t matter how much training you’ve got, how much experience or how much success you have just start doing something. Wherever it’s retweeting good articles or having conversations on facebook if you’re not doing anything it won’t happen and you won’t make money online.

Messaging someone very excitedly how this new business is amazing, changed your life and is the best thing since sliced bread. Noone really likes this and it can really put people off talking to you, it’s just too amatuerish to be successful and it isn’t concentrating on the most important thing, them.You won’t make money online doing this.

Solution: Build relationships, by that I mean make friends, just talk to people ask LOADS of questions and eventually…slowly…. you can bring up your business, that doesn’t mean shove it down there throats, just gently bring it up, see if they’re interested and if they ask about it, if not just keep them talking eventually as your relationship builds and they see your content they might become interested. It isn’t a fast game, it’s slow to build a following but much more lucrative then spamming everyone with an invite to your business.
