Welcome to part two of creating your own Killer Facebook Fan Page. If you haven't read part one, then here it is...

The Beginners Guide To Creating A Killer Facebook Fan Page – Part One

It's time to take action and the first step is to plan the pages before we go on Facebook. It's one of the tools that helped me to map out the strategy.

It helped to also plan which pages to link to and which part to link out to my new nerve centre.

Let's get started...

Taking
Action and Plan Your Facebook Fan Page

It's time to take all the answers and make sure the message is the same on our blog, as it is on our Facebook Fan Page. Let's start mapping out our Fan page using a tool that is free online called

Bubbl.us:

It's very simple to use and what's brillaint about this awesome tool is, when you finished doing your chart out, you can export it as JPG and PNG.

You can also create a free account so the chart is saved online for you to go back and make any amends.

1. Click on the Start Button...

2. You will come to a page that is empty. In the middle of the page is a box like one you see below. You manipulate this box by clicking on it, to create new boxes. You'll start to build a chart very fast. To delete any boxes, just click on the cross on the box.

3.
Think about how many pages you want to have your facebook fan page. You may need to add buttons for discussions, email newsletter, story. That's three boxes to create.

Then under these buttons you add what you're going to put in that part of the tab of fan page. Until you have chart like this:

You are now prepared and not second guessing. You've become an elite entrepreneur who has got the foundation ready. There's just a few more steps to apply to make sure we save the work.

create an account with bubble us for keeping chart of facebook fan page structure.4. We need to create an account because we want to save the work we do. On the top right hand side is where you to look at.

Click on Create Account.

A box will come up to create your username, password, email and your name.

If we don't do this part then we cannot go back and amend anything. It's a great way of keeping record because you will one day, like me, create an ebook or a physical book like me, showing the steps and sell it.

Now when you're done, press submit.

5. The final part is name your file and when you do, it will create a folder for you.

Whenever you go back to this site and login in, you'll see folders. Depending on how many stuff you've done, then you'll have different folders.

All you got to do is click on the folder, press Load and it will open the chart for you to amend.

The way to do that is on the Bottom right hand side, you see a button Menu.

Click on it.

Then press Export for you to save it as JPEG or PNG.

7. Final step - open it up or import it into any software, like Microsoft word and print it out. You should have something similar to this. Of course the pattern will be different, depending on how many pages you're going to have on facebook fan page.

Conclusion

Having a Facebook Fan Page doesn't start by starting with Facebook.

It starts by first knowing who we are, what our story is, why we are doing what we are doing, who are our customers  - with crystal clear vision:

  • Knowing our own story first.
  • What problems we are solving for the customers.
  • Why would they come to us instead of someone else.
  • Where do we lead them to and why.

We don't create a plan to fail, we fail to plan.
