The paradigm shift in MLM, did you feel it? Did you hear it? Could you see it?
 
Most likely the answer is no to all three questions. However, it has happened, the paradigm has shifted in MLM and the new world order has begun.
 
It started out slowly as some states in the United States began to block illegal and dishonest MLM companies from operating in their communities. Then entire nations outlawed some MLM companies with very questionable business practices from operating inside their borders. There have even been requests from some foreign countries for help in establishing guidelines for allowing MLM companies to operate in certain countries, along with training programs. Isn’t reform just wonderful?
 
There is a light that can be seen coming from the future. Its not the light at the end of the tunnel, it’s the light shining from the FREEDOM FLYER BULLET TRAIN.
 
It’s the symbol of the new beginning in MLM companies. As one company President has said, “It’s the company that has embraced technology, reduced excessive overhead, moved away from huge asset and luxury holdings, cut away all the unnecessary ‘fat’ and focused on packing resources into the compensation plan, these would be the companies that would succeed in a new millennium (of MLM business’s).”
 
This company would put the, “distributor first and the company second”. Oh, my God there is going to be a sixth pillar. “How can that be?” some might say. Get use to it, there is more to this shift then just this concept. In the older more traditional MLM companies the distributor would receive somewhere between thirty (30) and forty (40) cents on the profit dollar. Then there was a shift to about fifty (50) cents on the dollar of profit made by the company being paid to the distributors. This newest generation of monies paid to the distributors will be between sixty (60) and seventy (70) cents per dollar of profit for the company. This will greatly affect the numbers needed to make monies.
 
Now, how about the company telling everyone, just what the numbers are for them to make the level of money they desire. From the model I’ve seen, the numbers are very conservative. Again, aren’t paradigm shifts wonderful?
 
This could be a stopping point about this shift, but there is more to share.
 
There is a chapter in “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill where he states, “The ‘depression’ was a blessing in disguise. It reduced the whole world to a new starting point that gives everyone a new opportunity.” There may have been a lot of people that didn’t agree with his assessment of the depression at the time he made it, but history has proven that his quote was in fact very true, it did allow for a whole new segment of the population to prosper that had not been successful prior to the depression. New businesses were started and flourished, as a result.
 
In much the same fashion this new world order that will be brought about by this paradigm shift will transform the whole world to another starting point where everyone will have new opportunities in MLM businesses. It truly will be out with the ‘old’ and in with the ‘new’. If you don’t known if your company is moving into this new era, it will become very clear, very quickly, they’ll change or die on the vine.
 
Along with all of the above, the company in this new era will enter into the distributor community, with coaching, training, seminars, and aids, etc. for the field. It won’t be here’s the product, now go sell it. The companies that survive will instead become leaders in the community, with here are the products; now let me help you market them. 
 
Its no secret that network marketing is a very large and serious business, doing somewhere in the range of $100 billion a year or more. The leading MLM businesses have discovered that they can increase their revenue by increasing their sales volumes. The results are why companies can put themselves into the less dominate position in sharing the percentage with the distributor community. Everyone profits.
 
Imagine this Freedom Flyer Bullet Train with a million distributors world wide on board. Where each distributor can build as wide and as deep at they want and everyone will be paid for their efforts and team outputs. From the guy selling retail to make a few extra dollars to those that have built huge teams, everyone will be paid for their efforts. The pay plan will be built where more is paid at the start up levels (generations) with a lesser percentage being paid up line for the deeper generations activities. 
 
There will be a paradigm of interdependence that will be established between the company and community, too. Which will produce a synergy like never seen before between the company and the community where both are pro-active with win-win programs that allow for complete understanding between each other while working toward the end goal through leadership from both the company and distributor community.
 
This is not a vision of the future it is the future and it is here now, today.
