Synkronice’s bonus planIn Synkronice commission are only paid on product sales.  We keep it as simple as possible, whilst maximising the short, medium and long term earning potential of our members. We offer 3 different product packages depending on the country and its rules and regulations regarding direct selling and network marketing. When joining you also agree to follow our Policy and Procedures that you can find in your back office and also must read and agree to before joining.We have a career ladder that recognises when our members achieve recognised goals on their road to success.  Along with the recognition of achieving these milestones, there are generous rewards to mark the success.The plan is also designed to reward those who work with others in the business, and assist them with training, development and mentoring, to help them in achieving success in the business.  This element is also a key requirement in our company.  Members have an on going responsibility to work with those they introduce into the business to contribute to their success.The plan is designed to provide potential rewards from the outset, whilst giving the possibility to build a large potential customer network, which can result in long terms residual income from product sales.
