Cool Video Technique That Builds Trust

I just got done watching a Frank Kern video from his mass control monthly. For those of you that don’t know what mass control monthly is it’s a $300 a month club for some of clients who purchased his 2k course called mass control.

Every time I watch anything of his I can not sleep for the next couple of days. His Ideas and strategies are so fresh and cutting edge it never stops to amaze me. Not only that but the ones I have put into action so far have dramatically increased my bottom line. His mass control course is probably the one course that I feel was actually worth more than the 2k he charged for it. Most of the stuff out there is the exact opposite, its good but was not really wroth what I paid for it. Anyways in the last video I watched he was talking about a method that he uses when shooting video that works EXTREMLY well for him. He made a TON of sales using it without even asking people to buy anything.

The video was like 2 hours long total but I will do my best to sum it up for you. Frank got this idea from when he was helping some guys do a launch in the dating niche. The strategy was used in teaching guys how to pick up girls, but the psychology of it applies to everything. They named it something like “bouncing” or whatever. Basically what they taught them to do when picking up a girls was move them around to different locations. For instance if they picked them up at the bar they would move them over to the jukebox and then maybe to the dance floor than across the street to a grab a bite to eat. Some how, I’m not 100% sure why, but this builds trust subconsciously or consciously I’m not really sure. Frank seems to think maybe its because its gives them somehow the impression that they already know you. Somehow they feel like they have been through a lot with you. I think this is more subcounisouly though. Its not like they are literally thinking man I have know this guy since the jukebox we go way back. But some how it does something to the mind to create that effect. Pretty wild stuff

So frank got the idea to start applying this same exact technique to his videos. The results he got from his tests were much better than he expected. What he does is create videos of him in one place and then brings the viewer with him from place to place. For instance for one of his tests he created a video interview with some guys who were marketing the reverse funnel system and Global Resorts Network. He started the video standing out side of a elevator talking to the camera, when the elevator came he got in and rode it up a couple of the floors. It is very important to note that the entire time he is doing all of this he is talking to the camera in a very conversational tone like they are right there with him. The objective is to make the user feel like they are hanging out with you. Like they know you. When they are done watching the video they should feel like you are pals. I can not think of a better way to build a relationship with your future business partners. As you probably already know building a relationship is the most important part of the sales process. People buy from people they like and trust it’s as simple as that.

So after he gets out of the elevator he proceeds down a hallway still talking to the camera and knocks on the door of the guys he is doing the interview with. They invite him in, introduce the dog, go into the living room, set up and do the interview.

I have seen many other frank kern videos where he does stuff just like this. Driving in the car, hanging out on the beach. He does some really freaking creative stuff too its amazing and fun to watch. Its not just like that old video on someone sitting at there desk talking to the camera saying stuff like “this is the best company in the world and people are making millions.” All that hype type stuff. Just be real, be your self and build a relationship with your people first. It would be a great Idea to test this for your self. Start traveling in your videos, that the viewer with you driving in the car, to the theme park with you whatever. Try moving from scene to scene in your videos and not just staying in one place. Take your viewers on a journey and make it fun.
