Every once in a while a new product or service comes along that revolutionizes an industry. Often, older established companies become complacent and are replaced by smaller, innovative companies with a Better Mouse Trap.

GVO Conferencing is such a company to watch..

Consider this. 10 years ago, when internet Domain Names became popular, a " .com " name typically cost $100.00. A little company called Go Daddy cam along and offered a better product and better service for only $8.95/month. Guess what happened ? Today Go Daddy is an $800,000,000 company in 5 years with a Major market share of the Domain market...

Also, consider this. The movie industry transitioned from BetaMax,to VCR's to DVD"s. Blockbusters came along and captured a major share of the movie market. Then, along came a little company called Netflix. They offered all the movies you can watch by mail And all the movies could stream on your TV for only $8.95/month. Witness what has happened to Blockbusters recently. They have filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and are not likely to survive,

Online Webinars or Webcasting has been taking the world by storm.  Currently it is a $30 Billion Dollar market and growing at the rate of 30 % per year. You can rarely turn on your TV without seing an ad for GoToMeeting or Webex. Large, medium and small companies are using video conferencing to reduce travel costs, hold sales meetings ,training seminars ,etc., in place of expensive Regional and National meetings.

Typically the average cost is $100.00 per month.

A 12 year old, San Diego based , virtually debt free company, GVO Conferencing, is introducing a New, Worldwide, Interactive, Audio/Video Conferencing service for 90% less...Only $8.97 per month, with more Bells and Whistles.

In 2004, Joel Therien, founder and CEO of GVO introduced a similar service in Canada called " Hot Conference " for $44.95/month.

In 4-5 months, with No marketing they attracted 7 MILLION customers and were advised they were running out of Bandwidth.

He packed up and moved to San Diego, the Bandwidth Capitol of the world and built a new multi-million dollar facility, with unlimited ability to expand. And completely owns all of their own hardware, servers and software with minimum overhead expenses compared with their competition.y

Great recommendation Bruce..

GVO Conference is certainly a great tool for the online marketer to have in his or her arsenal and good value for money also...

Another similar product which I've been using for a year or more now is WizIQ - slightly different offering to GVO and GoTo but certainly worth a look and very cost effective at $50 for a 1 year pro membership as I remember..

Keep busy!
Neil.
