What's Stopping You From Suceeding In Online Marketing?

There are alot of sceptics out there who put down online marketing and having a home business.  It's easy to understand why, as there are so many scams out there, or home businesses, that offer little commission for lots of hard work and effort. Many marketers often sign up to several different companies before they find the right company where they begin to make sales and an income, but this could take years for some.  There are others that find a natural affinity to marketing and really start to make an income right away. 

Now for most people who sign up into a home business opportunity, many of them are looking to supplement their full time income, and therefore already have a full time job working 36 -40 hours a week, sometimes more if overtime is offered.  But this means being away from home, their families and becoming physically and mentally exhausted by working the extra hours.  This in turn leaves little time for them to work a home business effectively.

Working your home business does not have to take up alot your spare time.  If you have a marketing strategy, you can easily start generating an income of £500 to a £1000 minimum per month by being consistent and putting in a minimum of 7 -10 hours a week.  Break this down further, could you afford to spend 1.5 hours a day running a home business?

Course you can, just look at the amount of 'junk time' you are using up each evening when you get home. TV is a big distraction for many. But these days you have TIVO boxes, or SKY PLUS boxes that will record your favourite shows, so that give you more 'quality time' for your business activities.

What could an extra £500 to  £1000 do for you? Pay towards your morgage? Pay off your credit cards? Pay off your car loan? Put towards a family holiday, or towards the 'rainy day' fund.   Seems like a small amount of money, but in real life terms can help to improve your lifestyle from month one.

Off the many excuses that people have used when siting their 'failure' to make money from their home business, here are some that I have come across from people who have signed up with me in the past:

a) I haven't got 7 - 10 hours in my week to do this

b) My job is very demanding

c) I don't like talking to people on the phone

d) I'm not a salesperson

e) I'm not computer literate enough to do this

f) I don't the start up money

I am sure there are many others that I could add to this list, if I had time to think off them.  There are too many excuses that people make NOT to start a home based business.

There is more to life than just earning an income, there is the quality aspect, spending more time with family and loved ones.  Doing things you want to do, or have only dreamed off doing, but never had the time or money to.  Being able to do the work that you've always wanted to do, be it volunteering, or otherwise.  Just having the flexibility and freedom to have a 'fantastic life', one by design as Jim Rohn says,is what Network Marketing gives you the opportunity to do.

Procrastination is also another reason why many do not succeed online.  They keep meaning to do things but never get round to doing it. 

Being Consistent is another area where most marketers fail, they fail to be consistent in their actions to generate leads, interest into their home business.  If you build a momentum in your business, you will start to see the magic happen.  However, if you are building your business haphazardly, they your leads and income will come in that way too.

Not having a strategy or system to promote your business is another area where marketers fail online.  Having a system that will draw into your funnel and filter out the 'time wasters', or have the ability to upsell to potential prospects even if they are not interested in your main service is key to online marketing success.

No support from your mentor or upline is another reason I have heard from other marketers who have not been successful in their primary business.  It is important to be part of a team, to get regular training and support.  To be able to go to someone in the organisation when you have a question or want advice.

 

It's the 3% of those marketers who DO put themselves out, who do make the effort and who do arrange their time to get the most out of it, who have got a system to help promote their business, and who get support from their upline, they are the ones we are seeing succeed today in the Network Marketing Industry.  

All because they want so badly to get out of their current 9 - 5 grind, or the glass ceiling that traps everyone of us, whether you a high flying executive or mediocre white collar worker. 

In Network Marketing it is those that put their words to ACTION, those that 'walk the walk, and talk the talk', those that have no FEAR and just DO IT ANYWAY!

They are the 3% that succeed.
