Why Don’t We Work For One Company Anymore?

Have you ever wondered when the work force changed? It’s so different now than when our parents and grandparents worked. We no longer work for one company for many years. Why did it change? When did it change?

Employees last about three to five years at their work. They either move for more money or the company has to downsize. Our parents and grandparents didn’t even know the word downsize. It’s no wonder why there are so many people getting into online business. But exactly what is booming the online business?

Is it the business insecurity? We do hear all about the business buyouts or the closures. Many people are out of work. Even though they have the skills and the experience. But now they are looking at more competition than before. Starting an online business can more likely be done with little capital.

Is it the convenience? An online business can sell products worldwide. This saves on overhead and can be done part time or just for extra money. You don’t even need an office. You just work from home. Imagine sitting on your couch in your pajamas working.

Another good thing about online business is you set your own schedule. The only thing you have to remember is some customers live in other parts of the world. Sometimes their schedule becomes your schedule.

Just recognize the opportunity when you see one. Don’t be afraid to jump in. There are many success stories. Online business is the new way of life.
