You can help people on your team but you can not market for them too.

As I get ready to enter into my 5 month of this marketing world, I realize that it seems that there is more and more work on my plate. I want so badly for everyone to do well on my team. I want them to achieve the same amount of success as I did. I think back on how my sponsor helped me in the beginning, and how I would want to pass that on. I also remember all of the videos I watched on my own and the things I have learned on my own as well to help me achieve my successes. I put my time into it and learned.

The point I am trying to make is, although you want to help your team achieve success, you also need to let them do some research and learning for themselves. Learning is endless. If you do all the work for them, which I have been on some cases, you will not only get severely burnt out, but your own marketing strategies you do everyday may get left behind. Always remember whose dream are you trying to reach? Yours or Theirs? I am not saying to let them fly in the wind on their own and leave them hanging, I just mean to give them your advice the best you can and let them figure the rest out on their own. Like I have always said, this business doesn’t happen overnight. It is a process that you will never ever stop learning from.
