..You can talk to only so many people in person, google can talk with millions 24/7

You see where I'm going with this?

Search Engines provide solutions for home-business owners EVERYWHERE...

HOW?...

1) Drives "targeted" traffic to your website, businss, and blog

2) Allows your viewers and prospects to find you online

3) Gives you the opportunity for backlinks, by linking to another website/blog that it's in the same niche, then results in driving more traffic from these websites to yours (your targeted traffic)

..Just make you sound like a BORING, DESPERATE, & UNAPPROACHABLE "internet guru" that nobody want's to talk to..

Always think about this...

There are tons and tons and tons of so-called "internet guru's" out there CLAIMING to have the POWER to make you "RICH"...

Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!!!!

This is what most of your "viewers" are thinking if they're NEW to the industry...

..and why does this matter Anthony?..

Your "TARGET MARKET" consist of 2 kind's of people:

1) People already in the home-business industry

2) People seeking to join the home-business industry

So...

..Creating content and talking about "SEO" may be useful to your target market #1, but the competition for "SEO" strategies, methods and teachings is a OUTRAGEOUSLY flooded with "SEO Know-It-Alls"....

..that ALL claim to have this --------> "the best, the fastest, the easiest, & the most effective" ways for dominating the search engines...

Are you following me here?... Or am I just thinking crazy?

...because I do sometimes...

SEO content can help your credibility, if broken down to be easily understood and implemented.

SEO "talk" can present your skills to the public to help your credibility and sales.

SEO content can help your target market #1 & #2

but...

SEO content can also PUSH YOUR TARGET MARKET #2 FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

Why?...

Here's why....

*** SEO content can make you sound like the "internet guru robot" that sounds like EVERY OTHER internet advertisement trying to sound like "the expert", all because they took some of Mike Dillard's "Magnetic Sponsoring" teaching's the wrong way...

..If you read that book, you know EXACTLY what I'm talking about..

So why does this matter Anthony?

This is why: "The downfalls to sounding too smart online"

1) You risk pushing your target market #2 away. You now cut the amount of new prospects, new leads, new sales, and new sponsored reps down to 50% of your potential marketing 'power'.

How did I get 50% from this?

** You have target market #1 and #2. Take out target market #2 from the equation and your left with only target market #1. This is 50% less then from when you started. 1/2 or 50% of your target market is taken out of the picture.

By doing this, your numbers seriously drop on an exponential level that ANY home-business entrepreneur cannot risk losing..

...because let's face it, our industry is NOT EASY, and every new prospect, viewer, lead, and sale is crucial to our success..

In conclusion...

** SEO content and "talk" is definitely useful ( to the right people )

** Expert knowledge about SEO is a great way for lead generation and building a name for yourself, but can backfire and begin to work against you if your not careful

My advice on this subject:

1) Don't spend too much time creating content about SEO (Unless it's your main business building strategy)

2) If you create and post content about SEO, break it down, be specific, use examples, show proof, and write so it can be easily understood by your average viewer.

3) Offer differerent levels of SEO strategies, to help keep your "newbies" interested and informed about SEO benefits and how they can be easily implemented with step-by-step instructions.

I wrote this article for a feason.

..because..

When I first started my journey into the internet and home-business world, I was overwhelmed with SO MANY offers, guru's, systems, tools, programs, and opportunites that I almost had an 'anxiety attack' from the brain-overload of information...

..I wanted something simple..

..I wanted something that worked..

..I wanted poof..

..I wanted to join a leader..

..I wanted to learn from the best..

..I wanted the education that taught me to become the best, broken down for me..

I DID NOT WANT TO READ, HEAR OR SEE NOTHING BUT SEO GARGABE THAT I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND!!!

This turned me OFF and AWAY from these "so-called gurus" when I saw this!

I learned to spot these 'people' I'm referring to, very fast just by glancing at their website for only a few seconds...

..I bookmarked their site's so if I ran into it again, I could avoid it and not waste my time trying to understand the 'internet language' that bombarded their front page..

..These 'people' I'm sure have skills, lot's of success, and alot to offer "newbies", but where was the personality? Where was the unique qualitites displayed? What caught my eye?

Well...

NOTHING...Just the same stuff, written over and over again...sounding like that guy that does the Clear Eye's commercials...dull and boring..

I've learned that the 'average' attention span of people browsing the internet, especially when looking for valuable content for business opportunties is 3 seconds..

3 SECONDS....

You have 3 seconds to WOW me into sparking interest in your website or blog...that is there for a reason obviously...

..for me to possibly give you my information of a name, email, and phone number to generate you a lead, and then possibly turned from a lead into a 'sale', and from a 'sale' to a new sponsored rep..

That's how the business works in simple terms right?...

Think about it.

Please don't be offended either, if you are, I'm sorry...I write from the 'heart'...I tell my struggles to possibly help others out there who are experiencing the same...
