Matrices

I am listening to an audiofile from Mentoring for Free, and I am finally understanding the system of matrices. I think he was talking specifically about my company.
For instance, I would need approximately 2800 people buying in order to make 10,000 a month. This is very disheartening, as it seems like a huge number of people.
The person in my upline has about 400 people, so she is not even well on her way. Yuk!
Well, she's about one seventh of the way after a couple/5 years.
