Meetings, Meetings, Meetings.....YUCK!

So you invite and invite and you may get one or two that actually show up to the meeting. They're doing you a favor they say. They didn't reall want to do a business anyway. So your stuck, not building your business. It's not your fault! They didn't want to be there in the first place. Besides that there are so many steps along the way to get them to the meetings, the ball can easily be dropped!
There is a better way! One where they call you, already to sign up before ANY meetings!
With an ezine, blog, or autoresponder your can get prospects educated on the business. These are people who would otherwise be on the fence. Or maybe they've been looking into other "income streams" but when you take the time to educate them they are already warmed up. They call you ready to sign up.
It's happened to me. I've had someone sign up on my website. They even entered a wrong telephone number so when I tried to call them I got the "this number has been disconnected" message. Well they continued to receive my autoresponder messages. They must have liked what they saw, including the videos educating them (that the wealthy buy businesses and the smart people get into companies in front of the trends). They finally call ME. When they do they are ready to sign up!
Over and over again it happens. I get them on the autoresponders and they call me!

Yes, I heard that over and over again to just get them to the meetings. But that's not so easy. People are busy and don't want to have to go to a meeting after a long day at work.
You are right...education is the key and keeping your name in front of people. People have to read, hear and/or see something 7 times before they actually take action on it.
Auto-responders are a very efficient method of keeping your name in front of your prospects.

Auto responders.
I use an auto responder, and people will give a bad phone number. Although, a guy from the UK signed up to my online form and entered a phone number. I called but nobody answered. No answering machine. I don't even know if it was the right number. After finally figuring out how to dial an international number, the phone just rang and rang. There is a five hour diference there so timing is a big part in this. They do get my emails though. I am currently thinking about getting a new auto responder because the company I'm with has too many restrictions. I will probably go with aweber, does it have reseller program with it?
The only reason I'm still with my current auto responder is because I make some money with it every month because I promoted the heck out of it.
And speaking of lead capture pages, don't just have one, have several. If you have your own website and autoresponder, then you can make as many as you want. One for each market or geographical area, depending on your market, product, and/or service. You don't need a fancy website that costs you a pile of money, just a simple site. Bells and whistles don't make money, content does. Content is king. That goes with SEO.
Test each lead capture page using tracking links. My autoresponder actually tells me which webpage my prospect was at when they filled in the form.

I refuse to go or invite people to meetings! I see you're using BC movies. I enrolled about 20 days ago and then canceled. Its good to know they are working for you. I had actually forgot I enrolled and never tried to promote them.

AWEBER does have an affiliate program (I think that's what you were asking).

I lead everyone I talk to there! And of course I have it on my autoresponder!
