METAMORPHOSIS
Some of Natures Secret Ingredients for Powerful Transformation revealed...
Definition of Metamorphosis - A pronounced change in both the internal and external morphology of an animal that takes place in a short amount of time, triggered by some combination of external and internal cues. The extent of morphological change varies considerably among species. Even when morphological changes are relatively slight, metamorphosis typically brings about a pronounced shift in habitat and lifestyle.
Interestingly in insects, the timing of Metamorphosis is influenced by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, photoperiod, pheromone production by neighboring individuals, and the nutritional quality of the diet. In a number of species, larvae can undergo developmental arrest (a diapause) in response to unfavorable environmental conditions, so that metamorphosis can be delayed for many months or even years.
Let's try adapting this to Network Marketers...
Interestingly in Network Marketers, the timing of Metamorphosis (the transition from follower to Leader) is often influenced by (but not limited to) mindset and environmental factors such as:
- Methodology/strategy/tactics used
- Hard work (action)
- Sweat (degree of effort)
- Hours worked (duration)
- Determination/Perseverance
- Attitude of mind
- Like minded peers
- A successful mentor who demonstrates good leadership and positive influence
- Quality and Quantity of training
- A strong belief in a superior product, service or opportunity
In the Network Marketing species, immature associates can undergo developmental arrest (a diapause) in response to unfavorable conditions, so their metamorphosis (into a successful Leader) can be delayed for many months, years and quite frequently never.
If you don't have all the right factors/conditions for your metamorphosis into a successful leader - make a plan/change today! . . .
