Mind Set Fuel

Hello Troops,  If you haven't read Loral Langemier's book " The Millionaire Maker"  do yourself a favor and read it.  It is written in see Spot, see Spot run, plain English.!!  The subject is about the difference between the rich and the average person, being a different way of thinking!!  A different Mind set.  My favorite quote is:  " There is no such thing as a Self Made Millionaire, it takes a team!"  Truer words were never spoken!  Bill Gates, is credited with the success of microsoft. but read the book about him, or watch the Movie and you'll see he did not do it alone. 

Ted Turner inherited a radio station from his Dad and built it into the braodcast empire we all tune into.  His secret, he surrounded himself with people smarter than himself, and did one thing more.  He got his Ego out of the way, and deligated authority to those people.  Remember Troops "In business, there are no emotions!"  We have all worked for someone who simply never grew up.  In Parenting, as a new Dad I coined the phrase " Children shouldn't Have Children!!"  As a Granfather, My son has adopted the same Mind SET!!  Thank Heaven!!  LOL!

Let your self be the eternal opptimist, but not a fruitless dreamer,  Let yourself help people but chose wisely.  Let yourself be as warm and freindly as possible, but be firm and cool as a matter of fact, as possible.  In short if Children need an adult to look up to, to love them nurture and structure them, then your business needs that very same Adult at the helm.

BGack to Loral's books; her second book "Cash Machine for Life"  is about multi- vesting, being diversified, Or as we common folk know it...."Don't put All your eggs in one basket!"  Great reading, Great mind fetilizer. but beware!!!...  The site wants you to spend  $2-3K to join her round table.  I firmly believe that you have all the round table you'll ever need right here on "Better Networker" for free!   You can not mow your lawn with a shovel or a hammer,  Better networker is a tool, use it wisely!
