So you’ve joined the perfect business opportunity and now your upline tells you to go out and find as many new business builders as you can. Before you do - STOP.  Recruiting a downline before you start to retail your MLM products or services can lead your business to destruction.  Here are 3 BIG reasons why you should be retailing first.

Advantage 1 – Your Team Will Learn What You Know

 

Struggling Networkers always complain that their downline is not duplicating their efforts. 

 

The sad truth is that most downline do duplicate exactly what their sponsor is doing. 

 

The problem is many sponsors are not doing the right things.

 

So how do YOU avoid this situation?

 

Learn how to sell your product or service and then you can teach your downline how to do the same.

 

This is really what network marketing is all about.  It is not really about MLM recruiting so much as it is about building a SALES team.

Most people quit their MLM opportunity in just 3 months after getting started.

What I mean is.  You have to be able to bring in commissions from sales that YOU make. 

 

Most Networkers, rely solely on sales their downline make for income.  This is a very risky way of doing business, because you don’t have any control over what your downline does.

 

What if your downline leaves the business?  What if they don’t buy anything that month?

 

But you can control what YOU do.

 

And if you can consistently sell your product or services to customers then you will consistently earn an income.  No matter what your downline does.

 

So before you jump the gun and start recruiting every person you can into your business, put some serious thought and effort into simply retailing your MLM company products and services.  Your network marketing business will be even more successful if you do.

I totally agee with you Keya!

Although recruiting is a big part of the process for building our businesses, the key is building a nice sized customer base while we are building our teams. Sales Volume is [i]very[/i] important! It's not just about recruiting 1,000 people as quick as we can. ;D You are right in stating that we have NO control over what people in our downline do.
