MLM Financial Success: Your Thoughts and Feelings Create Your World (Part 1 of 4)

One of the measures of financial success in MLM, Network Marketing and Direct Sales is where you find yourself on the Poverty to Abundance continuum. Let's say it looks like this:

Poverty <----------------------------------|--------------------------------> Prosperity

If you are on the very far left side of the continuum, your dominant thoughts and actions will be that of Poverty and your external reality will reflect your internal reality.

Conversely, if you are on the far right end of the continuum, Prosperity, and only thinking thoughts that attract wealth, health, love and joy into your life - if that is all you see and feel with your 'inner eye' and from deep within your heart - then your external world will manifest abundance and Prosperity (however that looks, feels, and smells for you).

The closer you are to the side of Prosperity, the greater your ability to attract what you envision and feel. This is the law of Attraction at work, which has been recently popularized in "The Secret", but is a timeless, universal law that has always been with us.

If you find yourself 'reacting' to any the ideas in this article, and if your 'reactions' are negative in anyway, you may want to consider where you find yourself on the continuum. Simply look at your life today and do an honest, self-assessment of your level of contentment on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most content.

Most often when we are content, happy and joyful, we have everything we desire or we know we will achieve all that we want without fear or worry.

How often have you said, or heard someone say, 'I can't do it!' When you say you can't do something you ARE CORRECT!

For example, let us pretend that you have a struggling distributor who wants to buy a book that will help their business and mindset growth. However, the distributor claims to be broke and that he cannot afford to buy the book for $39. Although he may not have $29 in his pocket at this moment, with his thoughts and words he is telling the universe to continue giving him the experience of NOT being able to afford $39 for the book.

Is there a solution to what appears to be his 'reality' of not having $39? Of course! The Prosperous mind thinks: 'How can I create the money to buy this book?' Or, 'Who do I know who can lend me this book?' And, 'Is it available at my local library?'

These are Prosperity thoughts of looking for a solution instead of focusing on the lack of options.

Often someone in this situation will tell you how frustrated they are, that they cannot afford a $39 book. The Prosperous mindset does not recognize the word, 'Frustration'. Someone with a prosperity consciousness is aware of the power of word selection. Instead, he may use the word 'Challenge'. A challenge is something he can OVERCOME! A frustration is a negative emotion that blocks prosperity.
