7 Minute Workout User Review

After a March introduction to the 7 Minute Workout, I decided to become a beta tester for this new program. Having struggled with weight issues for most of my adult life and then being an internet marketer, which carries with some measure of inactivity with it, I decided now was the time to make some changes in my lifestyle.
