Billions in Profits. Who Gets More? The Company or the Distributors?
With over $110 Billion in annual global revenues, Network Marketing companies and their owners are getting rich, very rich.
Many have become billionaires. However, with out the distributors there would be no sales.
So who ends up getting the lion's share of the profits?
OLD-SCHOOL NETWORK MARKETING MODEL
Traditionally, the company keeps 60% to 70% of the profits and places the remaining 30% to 40% in to the pay plan for the distributors.
This is the most prevalent model: it has proven very successful and has helped thousands of distributors become millionaires.
To earn true $10,000 monthy passive income with this old-school Model, you'd typically need 2,500 to 5,000 active customers / distributors in your
orginization.
NEW-SCHOOL NETWORK MARKETING MODEL
Recently, some companies split the profits right down the middle, 50/50, with their distributors.
This even partnership' has allowed distributors to achieve financial success faster.
To earn a true $10,000 monthly passive income with this new-school model, you,d typically need 2000 to 3000 active customers / distributors in your organization.
NEXT GENERATION NETWORK MARKETING MODEL
"IF A NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY WAS OWNED BY THE DISTRIBUTORS, WHO WOULD GET THE LION'S SHARE OF THE PROFITS?'
You guessed correctly: the distributors would get the lion's Share. Naturally, the next question is, "Is such a company model even possible?"
Before we answer this, it's importaint to understand what role a Network Maarketing Company plays in this partnership between company and distributor.
The Company's Role is to:
* Continue Research and Developement:
*Maintain strict manufacturing guidelines:
*Warehouse and ship the product;
*Provide superb customer support:
*Pay commissions pomptly:
*Provide a modern, online back-officesystem for distributors:
*Create professional literature;
*Deliver world-class incentive trips, and:
*Coordinate a yearly convention
THE COMPANY SHOULD ALSO TRIM ALL THE FAT:
* no Private company jets:
* no Multi-million dollar Lavish offices:
*High number of salaried employees:
*High-intrest outside funding sources:
*Paid celebrity endorsements:
*Allegiance to stock holders vs. to the distributors
*Army of attorneys and advisors:
*Spending millions on convention props:
*There are hundreds of places to cut fat, saving the company millions in revenue
WHO ACTUALLY ENDS UP PAYING FOR ALL THESE UNNECESSARY EXPENSES?
It's not the company. Its actually the distributors. the more "fat" a company has, the less the company can put back into the distributor pay plan
" Can a Company Pay the Lion's Share of the Profits to Distribtors?"
Yes, as long as the company
1)fulfills its role as efficiently as possible and
2)constantly cuts all the "extra fat". They would then become a "Streamlined" business.
Non-Streamlined Company:
As sales increase, the extra profits go into the owner's pockets. this shows up as "increased overhead".
This overhead grows at the same rate as the sales.
Streamlined Company:
As sales increase and the company's overhead continues to remain relatively low, the extra profits created go directly into the distributor pay plan.
A "streamlined company" can go far beyond the "New School" 50/50 split. The company can move from paying 40% into the distributorpay plan, to 50% then 60% and ultimately even as high as 70%. Thats right, up to 70% of the profits going back to the distributors!
This "puts the distributor in the owner's seat" by allocating the lion's share of the profits directly to the distributors. Not only does this allow distributors to achieve financial success faster, but they can do so with far fewer customers / distributors in their organization.
To earn a true $10,000 monthly passive income with this "next generation model," you'd typically only need 400 to 1500 active customers / distributors in your organization.

Awesome post Juanita!
As more people become educated, they will demand excellence from the company they decide to partner up with. These are good traits for a person who's seeking a 5 pillar company.
Thanks for the great post!
Very informative post Juanita. I hope to learn more from you as time goes on.
Billions in Profits
Great info. Food for thought. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention Juanita.
MORE GREAT VALUE FROM JUANITA
Hi Juanita, very well thought out and very well written. Great Value. People need to know this stuff. Awesome job, as usual Juanita.
May be awesome info but is it accurate?
I spoke to a gentleman the other day and he has 400 enrolled and 75 active distributors and he's making over a quarter mil. Makes me question your numbers. (And no he's not in a scam nor is he slimy or a thief) He's in a legitimate company that focuses on their distributors. Makes you realize you need to question everything you're told.
To your success,
Joyce Penner
with 75 active that is a good company he is making
with a 1/4 of a million will you agree that is 250,000 dollars. and he has 75 active so divide 75 into 250,000 is 3333.33 They would have to be buying over 277.75 dollars worth of products at least because that is what 3333.33 divided by 12 is. and then the company would get nothing. so they are purchasing how much product a month?
We are calculating this on what an average Joe Buys a month 150 to 170
if it was a good company and those were his numbers he would be making alot more then 1/4 of a million. The average Distributor must be buying at least 500 amonth. In the new model you would make 315,000 a year with 75 using 500. amonth in product.that is a 65,000.00 I guess most people making a quarter of a million could not use the other 65,000.00 a year in profit diffrence so be informed is right.
Lower the monthly auto-ship, make more people rich
Hi Juanita, I am familiar with the business model you are suggesting. Wouldn't it make more sense to have a lower qualifying auto-ship cost so people don't wind up spending more money than they are earning to get started? Then you would probably eliminate the high attrition rate that most MLMs' have. You could also increase the distributor pay out to 60%-80% and the company would still be able to do a reasonable amount of business. Just a suggestion.
Hi Chris
Yes I believe 500 in auto ship is way too high. The average autoship is 150.00 dollars. I only work with people that can afford 150 to 200 a month in comsumable products. You need to get abundance mind set. If they can not afford it find out were a extra 150 dollars is going to a month. people spend 7 bucks a day for cigarettes eating out the movies. where will that get them in 5 years. You should be able to pay for your auto ship when you have about 5 to 10 people in your group. If you come from lack even 10.00 a month is too much. Juanita Waterman
