Great subject Nick!

People are all to ready to whip out the credit card before doing their diligence. It can come back to haunt you later, in more ways then one...

valuable information!

There is a ton of people who really need to be aware before they succumb to the hype and sign on the line. Thanks for the valuable information. Keep it coming, so some can be saved from losing time and money.

FIRST THINGS FIRST

It sounds so basic but not many do it. Check out the company first to see where they are coming from & going to. Good Reminder, Thanks

Doing Due Diligence

If you are serious about building a business to help you reach retirement comfortably, it only makes sense to do your homework on any company you get involved with!

Thanks for a great post Nick!

Hold Your Horses

Before we sign on the dotted line, it's so important to know what we are getting ourselves into. We wouldn't dare sign a contract for a mortgage agreement without reading it! Why in the world would this be any different? Do your homework and know the facts to avoid getting into something that just may be a trap.

Sabrina Coffin — Fri, 02/26/2010 - 12:42pm

Do your homework!

We all know what NOT to do. Right? Well, I always considered myself to be at least of average knowledge and intelligence, but I still whipped out my credit card (more than once :-o) because SOMEONE ELSE did THEIR homework and knew which "buttons to push" to make me believe that, this time, I was opening the door to my dream.

Thank you, Nick. I don't think we can be reminded too often... and you even gave us some "tell-tale signs" to look out for. :-D

What We Don't Know Will Hurt Us!

Without accurate information, we are really treading in dangerous water, you are so right on the money Nick! I wished I would have treated my network marketing opportunity as a million dollar investment. Sometimes we need to go through in order to learn and beable to help others who are less fortunate and have not been educated with the truth yet! There is no better reward than to shine our light on someone who desires to build a nice nest egg for their children's children~ Excellent article Nick~

Great Educational Material!!

When people are all hyped up with the promises that their dreams are going to be fulfilled a lot of times this clouds over their logical making decisions and they take chances that they normally wouldn't make but once they know what to be aware of, it is certain to make them think twice before falling in the "Mouse Trap."

Thanks so much for sharing this Educational article Nick, you are always providing Awesome Value!

Thanks Nick for sharing this

Thanks Nick for sharing this information, if only everyone would really do their own research before joining a company, they are so caught up in the "hype" of it, they join because they are excited. Definately the wrong reason to join a company.
