IS THE TIMING RIGHT FOR THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS?

a) Is this a “ground floor opportunity”? RUN. Most companies do not last two years.
b) Most people do not make money in the first two years while the company deals with problems.
c) Is the timing right for the product? e.g. no market for vinyl records now, no $ left in long distance.
