Lowdown on Supplements, Alivemax Leads the Industry...
The first time I went to GNC and actually made a purchase, I was 16 years old. I bought a bucket of creatine. Today, I stick with protein and natural foods if possible. At the time, I was trying to add size and muscle mass. But now, I would consider trading my current weight for the lean physique I had back then. Either way, I am happy just as long as I get in the gym or workout at home at least 5-6 days a week.
Times have changed in the world of supplements. Everyone has unique fitness goals. Some people want to maintain their weight but improve their cardiovascular strength. Others are trying to gain muscle size while burning fat. Many people in this fast food era are trying to lose as much weight possible at any cost. They will try any supplement or program available spending their hard earned money.
The most interesting trend that I have noticed in the nutritional industry is the rise of network marketing companies pushing their own products. Don’t worry. I am not in any of those companies and I am not trying to sell you anything. I’m not selling you Visalus or Alivemax. This article or blog is more of a personal rant on my part. So thank you for taking your time to read it.
My goal is not to promote or bash any nutritional product out there. Many of the network marketing products are of excellent quality and are as legitimate as the income opportunities they offer their distributors. Personally, I stick to good quality protein and multi-vitamins. I really need to step up my vitamin game this week. It seriously does make a difference in your energy level if you are taking time to make sure you get all the vitamins you need. As far as protein, I definitely prefer Syntha-6. It is the best tasting and best quality in my opinion. Yes, it is between $35-$50, depending on the amount and the store that you purchase it from. It is great for men that are focused on steady muscle gains for the long term. I honestly do not know if women should take protein outside of their daily meals. Most females aim to stay lean and tone which is great. I just think that protein shakes may have the potential to add some bulk to a woman’s figure. I do see a lot of fitness junkies giving positive testimonies about nutritional products sold by network marketing organizations.
Alivemax, for example, has oral nutritional sprays. The sprays have an absorption rate of %98. Pills and capsules rate at only %5. I don’t want to sound like an infomercial but if that is true then this product is absolutely amazing. The founders of Alivemax are Nauder and Melissa Khazan. They coined their products as next generation. Their organization is actually doing well with success in Malaysia, Australia, France, Canada, and the United States. Alivemax products have various purposes from anti-aging, multi-vitamins, vitality boosts, and weight loss.
Do I recommend Alivemax? That is to be determined. I do feel that Alivemax is not the answer to everyone’s problems. It can only act as a supplement to your healthy lifestyle. Is the income opportunity promising? Nothing is guaranteed. But anything is possible when unbreakable work ethics are implemented into your short term and long term strategy.
